How to visually market your conference venue

Venues are always looking for new ways to market their facilities, and new marketing photography is often the starting point.

Whether you're a hotel, leisure complex or dedicated conference venue, you're probably looking to attract corporate clients, as well private parties and weddings.

Each target requires a different focus for your marketing, with corporate clients wanting to see the different venue spaces and set-ups, and the wedding/party client more interested in the style/feel of the venue, as well as the capacity.

"It was a pleasure to work with Justin he was professional, efficient and friendly, even being flexible to ensure we had the best weather on the day! The tour is just what we were after, thank you Justin."

The Old Bell Management

"Justin has produced virtual tours and shot stills of all five of our award winning venues at Warwick Conferences. He was always a delight to speak to, prompt in his communication and nothing was ever too much to ask! We can now show our clients walk through tours on our website, and enhance the experience using VR headsets."

Use a Virtual Tour with an overlay

The best way of showing off your event space is by using a virtual tour with an overlay to guide visitors around.

We can show different room set ups and dressing, depending who you're targeting, and include the gardens and best view of the front of the building. This is what goes into the Google Street View tour.

Then we create and add the overlay on top of the Googel Street View. This adds in the menu, branding and all the calls-to-action you see in this example, including video, links, photos and they're search-able by Google, so positive for SEO.

You can see different room set-ups when you click on the "Event Space" options here, and Warwick Conferences use these, with VR headsets, to market their facilities to potential clients.
